timing of supplements

Hi all

I've just bought myself some B complex that has a lot of B12 in it but (due to my brain fog!) I got the one with cyanocobalamin in it :(

Anyway, my question is this - on the jar it says to take with meals but on here somewhere I've read to take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I also take my thyroxine then.

Any advice please, thanks

Matty20, take all supplements at least 2 hours away from Levothyroxine (4 hours for iron, calcium and vitD). Most supplements should be taken with food.
