I had a lump removed 23 yrs ago been on thyroxine ever since.been told I've got hashimotos. Seem I get flare up .one day get really sore gums that bleed bad.weight gain .tired .no energy. HeadacheS. Can it affect ur mouth and gut.

Difficult to assist without recent blood test results with ranges. Do you have any that you could post so people can comment.
Sore gums can be linked to LOW VitD and LOW B12......and yes Hashimotos can affect your gut.
Will look out for your blood test results....
