I am 21 M who eats a lot, but everything burns in a day or two and become the same thin guy again. My thyroid test results are:

TSH - 0.06, T4 - 14.09, T3 - 4.10

Sugar level is normal.

What medicines and precautions should I take to have a good body weight and energy level?

Do you have the ranges of your blood test results? The figures should be in brackets. That would be helpful for responses.

Do you have clinical symptoms apart from being thin?

Have you always been thin or has that developed quite recently.?

That image is not a lot of use. Type the results including ranges (the numbers in brackets).

Being skinny in your 20s is quite usual. If you have no clinical symptoms, you could try taking up heavy weight training and eating absolutely no junk whatsoever.

Nik77, your TSH is low but your FT4 and FT3 aren't high so you aren't hyperthyroid. Some us have a fast metabolism and burn off calories quickly. I was advised eating small frequent meals would increase weight.

If you look at Yogis they are often very thin yet full of energy. Thin is so attractive, if you have plenty of energy could you just enjoy your lean build?
