I wonder if someone could interpret the results of my saliva test?

The results through the day are as follows...

19.04 (7.45 - 32.56)

11.72 H (2.76 - 11.31)

8.75 H (1.38 - 7.45)

2.28 (0.83 - 3.86)

I know it says the middle 2 are high but I don't know what that means.

Hopefully others with more knowledge than me will chip in, but your results look quite healthy to me. They start high and drop throughout the day and I believe this shape is more important than being slightly over (they're not a long way over) a couple of the ranges. The link below might help.
