My latest test results are:

Tsh 0.09. (0.3-4.2)

T4 18.4 (12-22)

I'm diagnosed as underactive after ria in October 2014. I'm on 50 of Levothyroxin after just having it reduced from 75. Any advice welcome.

I have thyroid eye problems he thinks it's due to over medicating not under.

Yes I take early morning with water and no food for at least two hours otherwise I'm well

Treece, this is not common to go up to 75 and down to 50. How long were you taking levo? What was your TSH when you began? Unless you were hyper at one point, it is very UNLIKELY that you are overmedicated. Most people take more than 100 mcg. of Levo.

I also had ria about the same time. started on 100 of levo, then 75 now 50. I do not have eye probs but did have graves. I am now undermedicated, but although i am not right it is preferable to when i was slightly over on 100 levo. When dose was reduced had all symptoms of being overactive again, although i'm learning through this site you can get like this by being under too. At the moment dont know if i am not absorbing or tolerating levo well, or have hashis antibodies. I am due for bloods and review early feb. maybe it is a simmilar thing with you. keep me informed what they say/do.
