Hi again can I ask ,if I lower my dose of t3 only how long would it be for TSH to fall in a systemic level.I dropped my dose by 5mcg about 6 days ago and feel so shaky inside today and headache.Could I be hyper even though I have reduced as there is a delay in symptoms .

Susiebow, TSH should rise, and FT3 drop, when you reduce dose. The higher dose of FT3 should be out of your system in 3-3.5 days. If FT3 is high it will take a few weeks for levels to drop on a reduced dose, but you weren't biochemically overmedicated with FT3 5.2 a few months ago, so I think it unlikely you are overmedicated or hyper.

It's possible you are having a Hashi flare which can make you feel hyper. You might consider adopting 100% gluten-free diet which can help reduce Hashi flares, symptoms and antibodies.

Good idea to check ferritin level is good too. Low iron can make it difficult to tolerate dose increases without feeling hyper.
