Funnygembunni, TSH is low-normal and FT4 is almost in the upper quadrant of range which is considered ideal. As you've only been on 50mcg for 3 weeks it's likely TSH will drop a little lower and FT4 rise a little higher in the next 3 weeks.

So this change is a good one? Why do I feel symptomatic still? 4 days ago my symptoms got worse. What's up with that?

Funnygembunni, I don't know what your previous results were, but this set is looking good. Symptoms can lag behind good biochemistry by a couple of months. You've only been taking replacement 7 weeks, it will take time for your body to respond and symptoms to resolve.
