Feeling very tired and foggy headed

I started having b12 injections every 2 months but still feeling tired n foggy headed. Is my thyroid results ok

Kin47, TSH >2.0 indicates your thyroid is struggling and is likely why you feel symptomatic. Unfortunately, NHS won't diagnose hypothyroidism and treat until TSH is >4.2 or FT4 <12.3.

Supplementing 200mcg selenium &/or Nutri-Thyroid may help support thyroid and improve function for a while.

Thanks Clutter, these results were taken in August the nurse adviced me to hav blood test again

Kin475, arrange future thyroid tests early in the morning when TSH is highest, and fast (water only) as TSH drops post-prandially.
