Help needed to find a good Endocrinologist in Peterborough area.

Hello all, this is my first post and I will post again giving more information about myself later. My GP has agreed to refer me to an Endocrinologist and I need help finding a good one in the Peterborough Area. I did email Emma and she kindly sent me a list of both private & NHS Endos, but unfortunately they are all so far from me. If you can help please private message me. Your forum has been a life saver for me and although I only stumbled across it by accident it has given me hope that there is help out there. Thank you x

Hi there,

just wondered if you found a good NHS Endo in the Peterborough area? I've been referred by my GP and have to choose from Kings Lynn, Peterborough and Wisbech. I don't know who I should choose??? Any advice will be very welcome.

Hi julesdawn , I have just been diagnosed with low active thyroid , is this what's wrong with you as well ? I have been put on 50 mg Levothyroxine , I belong to a group on Facebook called thyroid support group it is marvellous . I didn't know about this group my son sent me the details , is this a support group too ?

Thanks I also live in Peterborough and wish to know some endrocologist private or nhs

This will be so helpful to me. I’ve suffered with An under active thyroid for 20 years & still dint think my levels are correct. . I struggle to get up in the mornings my body doesn’t wake until mid day & I am always cold . Plus my biggest problem I can’t loose weight .help
