Around the first week of June the left side of my face turned numb. Now its not like bells palsy drooping type of.numb it feels like when dental anesthesia is almost wore of but not quite. Everything looks the same and I can do everything the same but I can feel its numb and its annoying as heck. When it first started it was like 15% now its like 30%. I've had a MRI nothing wrong there I do have tmj so not sure if that's causing it or a vitamin deficiency. I'm leaning more towards a bible deficiency but which vitamins can cause that my b12 is ok

If you have TMJ could it be a trapped nerve? My sister in law had trigeminal neuralgia which is pain from the nerve. That covers branches of nerve going into the head, across the face toward the nose, and down into the jaw. It sounds as though your same nerve is affected, but causing numbness instead.
