Following a long letter and list of symptoms sent to my specialist, I have been told my TSH was 1.37 mu/L (range 0.35 to 4.5), and as this is classed as normal T3 and T4 were not tested. My goitre is just one of those things and my list of symptoms have been dismissed as due to other things as my bloods are normal. Can I go back to GP and insist that he tests T3 and 4? I am exhausted all the time and just feel like giving up.
