Low levels, but still within 'normal' range...?

Hello! I posted a week or so ago just venting my frustrations. Since then, and with some advice from some supportive members I when for details of my precious blood test:

T4 10.3 pmol/L

TSH 1.03 mu/L

These fall into the normal range but only just... I don't know what that means, but with significantly more (and worse) symptoms than when this blood test was taken, it will be interesting to see what a new blood test shows....

Does anyone know if low levels could cause symptoms of Hyopthyroidism?
