Was doing fine on Thiroyd (one grain) but then on day 11 things weren't so good. Tiredness, heaviness in limbs, headache, lurching sensations when on the move. Rightly or wrongly i decided this was because of the Levo leaving my system. Decided to go to 1.5 grains on day 12 - a little earlier than planned. By day 14 I was feeling better again. So the plan is to stick with 1.5 for a while. Not sure whether to make the next increase a half or a quarter grain....
Thanks, by the way, for the very supportive comments on my last update! Michelle.

It sounds like you are doing OK. Keep adjustment sin the dose to minimal, and 'listen' to your body.
Also be aware, that with chronic conditions, we may get other factors from time to time, eg flu, stress, weather, food intolerances, that affect how we feel, and we shouldn't have knee-jerk reactions and blame how we feel on the dose of thyroid medication.
That's good advice Hypopotamus! I started feeling fatter and more bloated this week and worried I would end up very hypo - then my period started! Doh! I was quite relieved that there was another cause!
hi there . day 11 was the same for me so I went up a 1/4 on day 12 had a bit of spaced head then rapid pulse for a few days and knackered. so I raised again. I hope you continue to thrive.
Thanks Fitzy138! It's good to know I'm not on my own in going down this path. I'm worried about increasing too quickly but also worried about not increasing quickly enough and being left with no energy to get on with life!
At least I'm done with Levo though! That's a good start!
We should keep one another updated. It is a worry when self medicating.and its good to know that you're not on your own. Im feeling a bit speedy but tired . I don't know if im worrying too much or not.i don't want to go back on levo ever. So will keep going . Thanks and have a good day
