Two weeks after starting synthroid, severe body aches for a week now, and now waking up with severe body burning sensation with tremors and in freezing. Anyone had this before or could it be flu?!? Dizzy and the tremors are violent and body aches badly. Any suggestions

You could be having a reaction to the fillers/binders in the tablet.
Try taking an anti-histamine before your next dose and see if it makes a difference. If it does you'll have to try an alternative. Even if it doesn't make a difference if there's another make available I would give it a try.
Because you're just new to taking thyroid hormones, freezing is a clinical symptom so it may take a little while for you to build up your receptor cells with T3 in order to raise your metabolism back to normal when you should not feel so cold.
Did you start off with a low dose of Synthroid?
