Yes a TSH of 5.65 is too high & T4 is under half way through range.
TSH has risen since july 2009 (except may 2015) and T4 has also risen.
Your decline is evident. Can you advise if you are still medicating on 125 mcg Levo and any other changes that may have contributed to this happening....
Have you been tested for thyroid antibodies?

I'm on 125mcg levo. I have only been diagnosed since May this year. So I am coming down . I requested all my blood results and the doc gave me this.

I also have my lastest results from August bloods on another feed I've been tested for other things but I don't know what ?
I have had vit d test etc today but not antibodies. I'm going to request that next
