Exhausted, breathless and aching

Hi people, I was complaining of how tired, achy and breathless I was. Still am but having had more blood tests...as a few of you suggested I am low in b12 and iron. Need another test to see why the low b12. Have others experienced breathlessness with this? Not sure if it's a worsening of copd....Getting spirometry done tomorrow.

Oh yeah and what does this mean for the thyroid?

It means your body won't be able to use any thyroid hormone you give it.

I am the same at the moment with very low ferritin (iron store) of 2. Exhausted and breathless after something as simple as having a shower - no thyroid issue as such.. Don't you have thyroid issues (or just iron and b12??

Hypothyroid, type 2 diabetes and copd as well. I hate the exhaustion..changing the bed, walking up the stairs... Anything
