Do you have the ranges?
Just for the TSH 05-4.94
Do you have the results for the TSH and FSH the right way round?
If your TSH result is 32.59 with a range of 05-4.94 you are very undermedicated.
I think that's why Asteynomad wondered if you had transposed your TSH and FSH results.
If there are no ranges with the other results it makes it difficult to advise and that's because laboratories throughout the UK use different machines.
I think your B12 is low as well as it should be toward the upper range which in some cases are around 1,000.
I would make an appointment straight away to see your GP regarding your TSH result
Even if you've made a mistake and the TSH is really 4.5 that's also far too high for you to feel well. Some doctors thinks that a TSH 'in range' is fine but we need our TSH to be around 1 or lower.
no my TSH is the right reading rang and got the range of doctors and its right told me to up my levo to 200mg ..He said my b12 was ok? is there any other blood test i can get?
I am not medically qualified but you've been neglected if your TSH has been allowed to go that high. No wonder your feel horrendous. Is your doctor aware that by being undermedicated it can put a huge strain on our heart as well as other things in our body. We need thyroid hormones to survive not just to lead a happy life.
Instead of your GP adding another 50mcg of levo. Ask him instead for 20mcg of T3 which is the active hormone required in all of our cells on a trial basis and tell him that recent research has shown that equvalent of 1 T3 to 3 T4 doses has proven to be of great benefit. In that case he should be able to calculate your proper dose (but we will probably have lost him by this time 0: ) .Tell him as you've not had a Free T3 blood test done you assume that your Free T3 will be as low as your Free T4 is (cannot be positive without the range but never mind he should be able to work it out).
