T3 and vitamins

Hi can anyone tell me if its ok to take t3 at same time as vitamins ty😤

Weebella, T3 should be taken 2 hours away from most vitamins and 4 hours away from iron, calcium and vitamin D.

If you let your t3 dissolve under your tongue then the answer is yes.

If the t3 dissolves under the tongue then there will be no interference from the vitamins in the stomach.

Not so quickly - the T3 has to both dissolve and get absorbed for there to be no interference in the gut (oesophagus, stomach, intestines).

I am not aware of any research or experiment that has clearly demonstrated this to be possible.

Because the vitamins go to the stomach and the t3 doesn't so they don't meet.
