In the past I have posted about burning feet at night - thankfully this has eased . Problem now is burning knees which is even worse. Used to have very cold knees but was used to that1 Does any one else have the knee problem or know of reason or what might help?

Do you have any issues such as dropped arches? I get hot feet after a lot of walking with my dropped arches and can get knee/hip pain too.

Thanks for reply. Don't have probs. with arches. No pain in knees or feet - just a burning sensation which keeps me awake (doesn't take much to do that! an answer to sleep difficulties is another issue I'm seeking (had all my life) hope you're better

Ah I'm sorry Foxglove that I've been no help! I've realised since my dropped arches how important my feet are. Sorry to hear about your sleep/insomnia problems, I can't advise there as I've always slept for England. Mum tells me when I was a baby she had to wake me up to feed me as I slept all the time!

I do take magnesium, selenium, P5P amongst others a night and I do sleep very soundly. I also take niacin in large doses throughout the day to combat anxiety. All helps to keep me calm. Have you tried any supplements? Silly question! You've probably tried everything.

I wish you a good sleep tonight.

Thanks anyway! especially your wishes for tonight's sleep. Yes I've tried everything. I always think if I was a good fairy at a christening the ability to sleep would be the gift I would give!11
