My tests are back..How do they look

I'm not sure how they are good or bad if somebody give me information on them some details about myself I'm a 37 year old male 5 foot 7 in roughly 180 been trying to lose weight with little success with cardio decent diet Thanks

Are you already taking thyroid replacement? If you're not you will have a harder time getting started, because many doctors will diagnose on TSH only, and will wait for your number to get astronomically high before they do that.

You didn't say whether you're feeling unwell. If you are you will likely get no joy from doctors, but self medication is an option. Lots of people on this forum do.

Self medicate what would that be thanks

By self medicate I mean buy your own medicine, order your own blood tests and set your own dosage. But you don't mention whether you're unwell or not, so you might not need any medication.

People with your blood result can be completely healthy, extremely ill, or anything in between. So whether you want to take things further depends on whether you're suffering.

I doubt it. You need to be really, really hypo to get a prescription - T4 under range and TSH about double the top of the range.

It shows that your thyroid is struggling. It would be a could idea to get folate, ferritin and B12 tested, as having those in optimum range helps thyroid function.

You could try a OTC (or OTI) supplement like ThyroGold or Nutri-meds (not Nutri) Porcine Thyroid (they do Bovine, too, in case you can't eat pigs).

To lose weight, you need to do high intensity training (eg lift heavy weights, burst training) not cardio, which can make you fatter. But don't overdo it, as being hypo kills your recovery ability.
