Hi All

We asked for my son to have antibodies tested. The result came back as

Thyroid autoantibodies 7kIU/L (< 34) Normal - very low.

We were really pleased about this, but wonder if that meant that both Tg and Tpo antibodies were tested. Any ideas?

Many thanks

Rosypo, that result is TPOab which is all that NHS primary care seems to test. You can test TgAb via Blue Horizon and Genova thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...
