I always have low oxygen saturation, most of the time it is around 94 but often goes to 93-92--90% and while sleeping, it will go to 80s% for short period of times disturbing my sleep.
Is this a symptom of hypothyroidism? or something else causing it?!

Ali, it can be in undiagnosed and under treated patients. You are currently undermedicated so it is likely the symptoms will improve as your dose is optimised.
Hypoventilation due to diaphragmatic weakness and altered ventilatory response can lead to sleep apnoea.
Not sure if it's linked to thyroid or not, but mine was worse before I began B12 injections for my B12 deficiency. Have you had B12 levels checked? MariLiz
