Hello. I am new to the group. I have been diagnosed with an underactive Thyroid a few years ago. I take 100mg a day. I also have Vit B12 deficiency and have any injection every 2 months. I still feel so very tired. How can i ever get my energy levels back up? I am losing all hope!

Can you post recent thyroid results with ranges (the figures in brackets after results)? Members will be able to advise whether you are optimally medicated. Please also post results for ferritin, vitamin D and folate if you have them.
It may help to boost energy by supplementing 5,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches when you feel energy failing in between B12 injections.
