Tiffanys1, you can take most supplements 2 hours away from Levothyroxine. Iron, calcium, vitamin D and HRT should be taken 4 hours away.
Avoid all forms of soy/soya except for fermented soy. You can eat goitrogens and cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, kale, cauliflower etc. lightly cooked but don't eat them raw in large amounts.
100% gluten-free diet can be helpful in reducing Hashimoto's flare ups and antibodies if you have positive thyroid peroxidase antibodies.
