Thyroxine
yep give it a try
Hello Isabel95,
Welcome to our forum and sorry to hear you are not feeling well.
Most people medicated on thyroxine function better with a suppressed TSH but without the other test results it is difficult to see why you should be feeling ill.
Do you feel under medicated (lethargic and achey) or over medicated (hot and anxious)?
Are you self medicating or under an endo?
If you post your thyroid hormone test results result complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) members will comment.
Also advise of thyroxine dose and any other meds.

You can be over medicated without feeling hot and anxious, I was and had raging hypo symptoms. A reduction in dose sorted it.
Most people who are over medicated might feel hot and anxious but you are right too bantam12 as symptoms can present in all ways with thyroid issues, particularly if Hashimotos is involved.
The only sure way would be to get thyroid hormones blood tested.

Yes, "fine" doesn't really mean anything, as doctors think anything in range is "fine" - and it often isn't.
But don't rule everything else out just yet either - anaemia would make you feel terrible, as would B12 deficiency and Vit D deficiency - and these things often go hand in hand with hypothyroidism.
How much Levo are you on?
As long as yu have thyroxine give lowering a try! Don't let a doctor lower your dose by blood tests alone though.
Lower it. You can feel much worse if you don't.
