Hi going to see a new doctor Saturday,had vit & min bloods done and a T3 test : so 2 questions what should a good T3 reading be? Second my old doctor said I don't have hashi even tho my tpo reading was 600 is this possible? need to see new doc fully armed, if hashi is possible need to talk about this gluten issue as well.

Clubby, FT3 is good in, or near, the top third of range. TPO 600 means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). 100% gluten-free diet is helpful for a lot of people and may reduce antibodies.
Clubby, it would have done in the good 'ole days when clinical symptoms determined a hypothyroid diagnosis. Now that TSH and blood results determine whether you are ill, I doubt a GP or specialist would even have heard of it unless they'd read Broda Barnes.
