OK, so I just found this quite interesting article which In include it its entirety:

I especially wonder about the part at the end, about NDT being difficult to dose: "That was true with the old Armour, not the new one"...old Armour = the one without any cellulose, so prior to 1996, when the first reformulation took place (=some cellulose included, but apparently not enough to cause any problems?) Or old Armour = Armour until 2008/09 when cellulose replaced dextrose/sucrose?
I have a question about gluten...I can go off gluten for weeks and months on end; then, when I least expect it, I start craving carbs like crazy...and when I say "carbs", I don't mean (relatively) healthy carbs like fruit, but "bad" carbs like pizza, pasta, bread...the more carbs, the better. I binge, then feel absolutely satisfied for weeks (or even months) on end, meaning I can easily go off carbs for weeks on end.
What I mean is that when I feel the urge to eat carbs, nothing but "bad" carbs will do...I can try to eat a grapefruit or berries or something like that, but it won't help...only really "sugary" things will.
To those of you on NDT: do you avoid gluten? 100% Most of the time? How do you feel? Has it made a difference?
I'd really appreciate any input from you, because I honestly think it would be easier for me to wean off dairy products than gluten.
