Can anyone advise me on which zinc selenium an magnesium is good for hashi Not sure of mg level to get or brand . Thank you

The citrate forms of zinc (10mg with food) and magnesium (up to 500mg per day, in divided doses, one with breakfast, other with evening meal) are good bioavailable versions to take. Selenium methionine (up to 200mcg per day with food, do not exceed this amount, as it can be toxic in high doses) is also meant to be a good version to take as well.

Best to get drops or capsules, as tablets don't get as well absorbed. Try getting a product with the least or no added fillers or binders for a purer better quality product.
