Do you have the ranges, please? Impossible to give an opion without the ranges.
Only have TSH of 1.07mu/l does that help
That's not the range. The ranges is a bunch of figures in brackets, after the result - like for TSH it's usually something like (0.5 - 4.5). Impossible to say how bad the FT4 and FT3 are without the ranges, because they vary from lab to lab. Yours look pretty high compared to the TSH.
What time of day did you have the test done? Are you on any thyroid hormone replacement?
I have no ranges! I will try to get them! I've have yet to be diagnose, have more tests to complete
Always ask for a print-out of your blood tests, with the ranges, for your own records and so that you can post if you have a query.
Some people have hypothyroidism, some hyperthyroidism and some Hashimoto's (an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease). For hashi's to be diagnosed the doctor has to check your antibody levels. Antibodies eventually knock out the thyroid gland and patient becomes hypothyroid.
As you aren't yet diagnosed, the following may be helpful for follow-up tests:
Blood Test: Have the earliest possible appointment . Leave 24 hours since last dose of levo and test as it may skew results and fast (you can drink water). Take levo after test.
Take thyroid hormones on wakening and wait approx 1 hour before eating. Some foods interfere with medication. Leave 4 hours between hormones and supplements. Some prefer bedtime dosing, in that case you must leave 2 hours after eating before taking hormones. If you've had a fatty meal it should be longer. Food can interfere with the uptake.
Ask for Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate to be tested. They should be towards the upper range as we can be deficient.
So we're talking Graves? Are you on carbimazole? If so, things are heading in the right direction.
