Have you spoken to anyone about your symptoms? GP / endo / optometrist / eye or gut specialist? If so what has been suggested? How frequently does it happen and how long has it been going on for.
I would have thought migraine ( I get a lot of your symptoms when I get a migraine) but it sounds like it has been going on for longer than a migraine would last.
If you haven't spoken to anyone I think you probably should and sooner rather than later.
I have had problems with extreme pressure headaches for nearly 2 years now and am under investigation for Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. It causes extreme head pain and visual disturbances.
Please see an optometrist as soon as possible as the pressure on the optic nerve can cause permanent blindness. They will spot it right away and send you to A&E where you will get a lumbar puncture. I don't mean to scare you but from what I have read the sight loss can happen quite quickly.
Please book in with a optometrist asap, if you have it is quite easy to sort out and not life threatening, if you don't have it you should visit your GP to access the cause and probably a referral to a Neurologist.
