I don't think you should have done that. Who is managing your thyroid? Have you had any blood tests done recently? Did you mention to your GP or Endo that you weren't feeling good?
Do you have Hashimotos ? Where are your recent blood tests and results for your thyroid ? Maybe you are not converting the T4 into the Active T3. How are your levels of Ferritin - Folate - B12 - Iron - VitD ??? All need to be OPTIMAL in their various ranges.
Stopping your T4 is not a good idea - cutting it down maybe - but not stopping altogether. Sorry lots of questions - but then there are many roads we have to travel to sort the thyroid....
I have not had any bloods done for a while but they were "NORMAL" when done, I still felt tired and moods swings even when taking them, but recently seem worse.
I am not sure of the actual breakdown of the readings but was told things were normal in everything.
