The important thing is to find out WHY it is low first.

You would have to have many tests done. Further tests on the AdrenalGlands..like a stim test, if labs show not much else. But hypothyroidism will lower everything. Maybe you are just undermedicated on thyroid meds?

Me again - I still don't know why my aldosterone is low, but I am keen to hear from anyone who has taken Florinef (fludrocortisone) for low aldosterone. Has anyone had any success with it? What doses do people take?
