I agree good article, I've been gluten free for about 5 years but before that I use to have flare ups of hip and knee pain causing me to limp badly (in my early 40's so not old) In recent years I've noticed increased joint pain in fingers and skin rash when eating nightshades. It's quite hard to cut these out as well as gluten especially as curries and spicy food are favourites of mine. I can swap potato to sweet potato but it's so hard to avoid tomato. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very happy to hear!

I eat gluten and nightshades, and sometimes liver - but not the others - but I Don't have arthritis. Funny world we live in.
