The list of foods to avoid sucks. I have been getting Acne since i went hypo with Hashi's. My son has Acne and all sorts of food intolerances.

Why do you say that?

If it doesn't apply to you, then obviously your acne isn't caused by histamine intolerance. There are lots of things that cause acne.
