Oh I'm getting so confused!!! Haematologist said very rare for hydroxycarbamide to cause muscle pain.
She said it may be that I'm still undermedicated on my.thyroid meds as body needs good level of T3. All so complicated

130396, Members will advise whether you appear to be optimally medicated if you post your thyroid results with the lab ref ranges.
Have ferritin and vitD been checked? Low levels can cause musculoskeletal pain.
Hi Clutter
My last results were tsh 0.45 (0.45-4.67) T4 10.6(9-19) T3 4 (2.39-5.75)
Ferritin good
Vit D 108
130396, Your FT4 and FT3 are low in range so there is plenty of room for a dose increase which may improve symptoms, particularly musculoskeletal pain. A dose increase will lower your TSH and may suppress it which can be a problem if you have a GP fixated on keeping TSH within range. Ask your haemo to prescribe a dose increase or write to you your GP recommending that dose is increased.
I know that when I'm under medicated I always have muscle pain
