Just gave my reults on ferratin (23) & folate (7.3) but perhaps they are wrong because I have been using the B12 spray for about a month or so. My levo has been reduced a little to 5 x 100 & 2 x 125mcg and I am very tired (no thyroid gland). I have had anaemia on and off for most of my life, but the docs receptionist said my results were normal!!!

Ferratin & Folate
Pepekins, supplementing B12 won't affect your ferritin and folate. Folate is usually good around half way through range which generally goes up to 20, so take a B Complex which contains a little folic acid to improve the folate and keep the other B vits balanced.
Ferritin is optimal half way through range. 23 is low so supplement iron until it is 70-90 or halfway through range. Take each iron tablet with 500-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Low ferritin may be why you are fatigued but I do think 100/125 is a low dose for someone without a thyroid gland.
ps I shall delete your duplicate post.
No I am not coeliac but I don't think I do raise ferratin levels easily. I try to have a little red meat each week and eat plenty of greens.
Please consider trying haem (also spelled heme) and/or ferritin supplements.
I think the difficulty is where do you stop! I take stuff for bones and flexibility, Rosehips for Vit C, Omega 3 capsules, a powder for energy and of course the thyroxine. However maybe instead of the energy powder a vit B complex would do the trick or iron!!
Oh and Vit B12 spray and cod liver oil!!!
