Sourcing NDT and/or T3 without a prescription

Does anyone have a source for obtaining both NDT and T3 without a prescription? I used to order from Mexico but they don't seem to stock Cynomel any more and the T3 they stock is 75mg capsule. Also, I'd like to try NDT but my GP won't prescribe it - again, if anyone can recommend a good, reliable source I'd be very grateful. Please PM me if you can help.
