Tsh level and cholesterol level
A TSH of 1.1 is good in theory, but a TSH test is meaningless by itself.
Have you not had your FT4 and FT3 tested? Those are the important tests. TSH doesn't give you any useful information.
You say you are taking thyroxine, but how much? It's probable that you aren't taking enough if your cholesterol is high. High cholesterol is a symptom of low thyroid, and should reduce when your dose is optimised. The cholesterol itself is not a problem, it is a symptom, so it doesn't need managing in any way.
So, could you give us a little more information, please?
Ah, OK, just looked at your profile, and it says you're taking 143 mcg Levo (strange dose!). But have you had your FT4 and FT3 tested? Because it could be that you aren't converting your T4 (Levo) to T3, which would account for your cholesterol being high. If not, then that should be your next step - to get them tested.
