Neither, it's a different hormone. High levels of cortisol cause Cushings syndrome/disease, symptoms & signs are the same. Usual causes Cushings are prolonged steroid medication or pituitary tumours, think there is a very rare type of adrenal tumour that causes Cushings also.
Suppose it's possible to have both Cushings and B12 deficiency/ PAnaemia though, if you were really unlucky 😟
