Hi. Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad.
Do you have your most recent blood test results? They may help us to narrow down the cause of your symptoms.
Low iron can cause all sorts of symptoms in people with hypothyroidism. Iron is needed in adequate amounts to convert and use the thyroxine you are taking. If your iron is low you can feel very poorly. If you can, get your serum iron and ferritin checked. Results need to be well within the range and not near the bottom.
There may also be other reasons for your symptoms such as low folate, vitamin b12 or vitamin d. It may also be a problem with low or high cortisol.
You may need to replace some of your thyroxine with t3 (the active thyroid hormone) or try natural desiccated thyroid. It may be that you just cannot convert thyroxine efficiently enough.
I'm sorry I couldn't be more help but hopefully I have given some ideas of what to look at next. I hope you find what is preventing you from feeling well.
