I just finished reading this book. Wow, incredibly insightful as to how the thyroid affects all the organs in the body.

Anyone want to share their thoughts on the book?

Well you sound pretty savy now. However, I think it wise to educate ourselves as much as possible based on the medical studies...and to go beyond what we may already know. I couldn't put it down, and it shocked me about all the info doctors should know...and of course in general don't apply.

Whether or not you agree with the viewpoint of the book, it is incredibly insightful!

Let me know your thoughts once you finish.😄

I read it a few years ago and thought it was really good. Not looked at it recently though, I think I might dig it out and refresh my memory....

I also read it a few years ago and thought it was wonderful. So informative and thought provoking. Learnt a lot from it and still refer to it every now and then.
