Welcome to the forum, SH015.

I was going to tell you that Active B12 >35 means there is unlikely to be deficiency but I see Marre on PAS has advised you have MMA as you are below 70.

Hi Clutter and sh2015 - I have just had my active B12 results back today, which were very similar (66pmol/L), so I was interested to come across this post.

Clutter, please can you tell me who Marre on PAS is? Thanks - I couldn't see it on the link you gave.

Looks like I need to have the MMA test........ I don't know anything about it, so will do some reading!

I had it done with a company called medichecks. It was £139 and is a 24 hour urine test. It has a turn around time of 16 working days. Blue Horizon offer a blood test for around £175 i think and turn around time is quicker, however i have been told the urine test is more accurate.
