Dose adjustment

My recent tsh level is 2.9.I am taking 3 tab of thyroxine (50mcg) for four days and 2 tab for three days in a week.I am taking med one hour before meal.I want that my tsh level should be between 1-1.5.Plz guide me for the dose.

You've not given very much information on your profile other than your dose of 143mcg of levo.

When were you diagnosed? How long were you feeling unwell with symptoms before being diagnosed.

Do you have a print-out of your most recent blood test results, with the ranges, that you can post so that members can comment. Labs differ in the UK with their ranges so that's why they are important.

It is correct to take your tablets when you get up and wait 1 hour approx before eating.

Has the doctor also tested your Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron, ferritin and folate? If not ask for these as we are usually deficient when hypothyroid.
