On NDT (3 Grains) and doing well but a few symptoms reappearing (brittle nails/hair etc). ?I have alot of lev tablets from previous prescription and just wondered if there would be any benefit in taking these as a supplement to my NDT or should I just increase my NDT?

You really should have labs on FT3 and FT4 before making this decision. If your labs are low in FT4 while FT3 is already at the top of the range, then yes, it would make sense to add T4. Some people will show both FT3 and FT4 at about the same levels, so for them, just raising the NDT makes more sense.
