Understanding Blood results

Hi all, I am new to this forum and just looking for a little advise. 6Weeks ago I was diagnosed with Sheehan Syndrome which is damage to my pituitary gland and my cortisol levels came back as only 43. I was then stArted on hydrocortisone steroids. I have since had symptoms of low oestrogen and thyroid. My latest blood results came back as :

TSH 1.6 and Free T4 as 14.1

have been told these are "normal" results and I shouldn't be feeling the way that I am. My GP is currently seeking a second opinion from another Endo but I just wondered what your thoughts were?

Thanks

This video explains the connection between adrenals and thyroid which also includes the pituitary and is very informative.
