Endocrinologist private recommendation for hyperthyroid in London

Hi all,

I'm looking for a private endocrinologist consultant in London, as I'm having problems getting appointment with the NHS, and my GP refuse to change or dose my medications, anybody have someone to recommend?

And roughly how much will i need to expect to spend?
