Hi Daniela - hope you have found some help - if you go on the nhs department for thyroid specialists in your local hospital you may find many experts

endocrinologists surgeons do private work through Spire Nuffield and other private health care operators. You can cross check lists and see what the specialists area of expertise is. Even if you live out of London you may find these

experts are high powered professors and have private facilities in nearby areas.
