Nutri Thyroid v Thyroid Gold

Is there any difference between these 2 products. Does anyone take either and find them beneficial.

Pussycatwillow, I believe Nutri Adrenal is a thyroid glandular support supplement but doesn't contain active hormone. Thyro Gold is also sold as a supplement and contains both T4 and T3.

I have looked at Thyro Gold website. It would appear their product contains 300mg dessicated thyroid powder (Nutri Thyroid has 130mg). But I am still unsure as to whether there is any other difference?

Am I reading the ingredients wrong?

Nutri-Thyroid claims that it does not contain any thyroid hormone. Thyro Gold does contain thyroid hormone.

That is a big difference. Regardless of quantity of powder.

Hi Helvella... I have looked at ingredients. Where does it actually say thyroid hormone. Is it the whole gland thyroid powder?

Whole-gland thyroid powder taken from pasture-fed New Zealand cows...

That means it contains T4 and T3 thyroid hormone. Other supplements remove the T4 and T3.
