I've just got some from (removed by admin) to try myself. It arrived 2 days ago and I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

I also got mine from (removed by admin) andf it arrived within 3 weeks in perfect condition. Unfortunately it put my BP up too high so have stayed with just Levo for now. Will try again soon though.

When responding to this post, please do not mention where to obtain prescription only medications without a prescription as this is in breech of the guidelines.

How is it prescription only if readily available on a big shopping site?

Most likely because the supplier is not based in the UK. Therefore they do not have to abide by UK laws and regulations.

Whether the big shopping site are themselves overstepping the mark is questionable and I do not know the answer.

As I see it, the term "Prescription-only Medicine" applies to any product which would, if sold in a UK shop, fall into the POM category - even if such a product is not available in the UK.

Yes, they are based in Thailand, I believe.

The worrying thing about discussing this is that 'the big shopping site' will stop selling thyroid-s and a lot of people, myself including will have lost their supply!

I have not read of many people buying their Thai products from UK shopping sites. Most that I have seen obtain theirs without having to go down that route.
