Dazzlepink?

I'm sure I replied to a post from Dazzlepink this morning - in fact I know I did, as I've had notifications of replies. But when I click on the notification links it says the post has been deleted.

Hopefully the deletion was an accident and nothing we said. Hope you manage to get some help, Dazzle xx

Something odd is going on with the board, (or the moderators?) A similar thing happened to les121 recently. She just disappeared from the board, along with her posts and threads. One minute I had an email about her reply to the thread, the next its all disappeared.

No, not the moderators... we don't actually have the power to completely remove a member. If a member disappears, it's usually because they have deleted their own account for some reason.

And les121 is still here! healthunlocked.com/les121

How odd! She had disappeared, honest! Or at least I couldn't find her by the usual method (I entered her name in the seach box).

But now that she has re-appeared quite a few entries on her last thread are missing.

You probably already know this, but just in case, and for the benefit of others who might read this, the way to find a member is via the member search here

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

If the member doesn't come up in the search and you've checked that your spelling of their name etc is correct, then the member has left the group. Once a member leaves, they cannot come back with the same name, so they have to create a new name and start a new profile if they wish to participate in the group again.

Thanks RedApple. It does seem she's gone for good - account deleted. I shouldn't feel miffed, I know, but it's sort of frustrating when you've invested time in replying to a post only for it - and any responses - to vanish. Never mind. As I said, I hope she finds the help she needs elsewhere.

Totally understand jazzw. It's happened before and sadly, it will probably happen again.
